The meeting will be held at the Best Western Little River Inn, Skylight Room, 203 Queensway West, Simcoe, Ontario N3Y 2M9.
Shareholders of record as of August 5, 2011 will be entitled to vote on the election of directors and appointment of auditors. The information circular with respect to the meeting is available at .
