Valderhaug will belocated at the Group's headquarter in Oslo and will commence in theposition on 1st November 2009.Tore Valderhaug is 49 years old and has broad experience as CFO inlisted companies. He was previously. Executive Vice President and CFOin EDB Business Partner ASA, and has also held similar positions inProxima ASA, and Ocean Rig ASA.
