DGWA: European Lithium – update on our own behalf

As you can see from today's announcement by European Lithium, I resigned from my mandate as Non-Executive Director.
I will comment in detail on my reasons for the resignation in due course.
DGWA and myself will continue to be available to the company in the future with our European network of investors and partners who have so far been so important to the company. In the interest of the numerous European shareholders, including myself, the future of the company is of course still very important to me.
The next and very important step will be the final structuring of the financing for the next few years, as the company still wants to raise capital according to today's announcement. If further funds are required to achieve the necessary next steps (DFS, approval process, etc.), we are - as before - available for talks with strategic investors.
