Marcel Loetscher and Daniele Abbruzzese appointed partners
Marcel Loetscher and Daniele Abbruzzese (firmenpresse) - The multinational management consultancy Synpulse has announced the expansion of its leadership team and congratulates Marcel Loetscher and Daniele Abbruzzese on their promotion to partner. The consultancy’s executive team now consists of fourteen partners, including three managing partners. «The expansion reflects our successful development worldwide. More and more banks, asset & wealth managers, and insurance companies rely on professional consulting services to help navigate an environment of fierce competition and disruptive change. Synpulse meets this demand by advising on various topics, such as digital transformation, out of 13 locations worldwide,» says the CEO of Synpulse, Dr. Christoph Nuetzenadel. «Marcel and Daniele have built up the New York and Geneva offices and have significantly advanced our business in the USA and French-speaking Switzerland,» he continues.
Marcel Loetscher started up Synpulse’s New York office in 2012. He leads cross-functional teams that help large to mid-size insurance and reinsurance companies to develop into more efficient, scalable digital enterprises, as well as to improve their profits, reduce costs, and deliver value to customers and shareholders. In addition to leading the US practice, he also has global responsibility for the advisory fields Enterprise Architecture and Underwriting Automation. He obtained a master’s degree in electrical engineering at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH). He began his professional career with Synpulse in Switzerland in 2003 before holding positions of international responsibility at companies including UBS and Swiss International Airlines. Marcel Loetscher is married and lives with his family in New York.
Daniele Abbruzzese will be responsible with immediate effect for managing Synpulse’s banking practice throughout Switzerland. His focus is on advising clients in the private banking and wealth management sectors. He is part of the global banking operational excellence management team. With his team he supports national and international financial service providers with technological transformations and regulatory challenges. Daniele Abbruzzese studied electrical engineering at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETH) and at Imperial College in London. He started his consulting career in 2011 at Synpulse in Zurich, and then built up the Geneva office, from where he heads the business in French-speaking Switzerland as Managing Director. He is married and lives with his family in Switzerland.
