Cermaq sells shares in Lighthouse Caledonia to Northern Link Limited

(Thomson Reuters ONE) - (Oslo 22 September 2009) Cermaq ASA has on 22 September 2009 sold250,000,000 shares in Lighthouse Caledonia ASA, corresponding to 14.2% of the share capital in the company to Northern Link Limited andrelated entities.
