(Thomson Reuters ONE) - The board of directors of Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") hastoday resolved to grant 5,500,000 subscription rights ("SRs") toemployees and executive board members in Thinfilm. The grant was madeunder Thinfilm's 2009 Subscription Rights Incentive Plan as resolvedat Thinfilm's annual general meeting on 6 May 2009.The exercise price of the SRs is NOK 1.08 per share. 25 per cent ofthe SRs vest at each anniversary from the date of the grant.
