Although the revitalisation work was completed many years ago, all three lounge, dining and celebration areas still look as fresh and inviting today as they did at the time of their big reveal.The Spices restaurant was designed to create the warm ambiance of an Eastern spice market. Serving fresh Asian cuisine, the restaurant offers cool alfresco tables and warm, comfortable interiors following a natural style and theme using coconut, rattan, teak and bamboo materials.
