Odyssey Resources Reports Change to the Board

(firmenpresse) - LONGUEUIL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 08/31/11 -- Odyssey Resources Limited (TSX VENTURE: ODX) reports that Mr. George Mihaleto resigned today as a director of the Company. As a result of increased work pressures Mr. Mihaleto has indicated that he is not in a position to dedicate the required time to the board of the Company. Mr. Mihaleto has been a member of the board since 2007. The board thanks Mr. Mihaleto for his contributions to the Company over the years and wish him the very best in his future endeavours.
