Boulder Firm Expands Real Estate Practice Group With Addition of Experienced Associate
(firmenpresse) - BOULDER, CO -- (Marketwire) -- 08/31/11 -- Berg Hill Greenleaf & Ruscitti LLP (BHGR), Boulder County's largest local law firm, has announced that Becky Rigo has joined the firm as an associate.
Ms. Rigo will serve the firm's business and real estate practices. She plans to focus her work on commercial real estate matters such as leasing and acquisitions and dispositions as well as foreclosures and homeowners' associations.
"Becky's familiarity with multi-million dollar and multi-state acquisitions and dispositions will serve us well at BHGR," said Giovanni M. Ruscitti, a BHGR Founding Partner. "Her experiene will be a real plus to a practice we expect to become increasingly important."
In addition, Becky's experience in providing counsel to national real estate investment trusts in connection with the acquisition and financing of more than $500 million in multi-family multi-state projects as well as the acquisition and disposition of more than $4 billion in commercial real estate properties throughout the United States shall be a valuable resource to the firm.
She earned her B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin in Eau Claire and her J.D. from the John Marshall Law School in 2003. Prior to law school, Ms. Rigo worked with venture capitalists in the telecommunications industry acquiring, developing, and managing cellular infrastructures and operations in several states across the United States.
Ms. Rigo is licensed to practice law in both Colorado and Illinois and has held a Real Estate Broker License. She will work in the firm's Boulder office.
