New Realtime Application Measures Job Board and Social Media Performance and Tracks Candidates From View-to-Hire

The release is a 2 year technical endeavor, combining the best attributes of previously released award winning eQuest metric products, into a single online tool available 24/7/365.

Standout features include a Bloomberg-like candidate traffic ticker that can be launched on the bottom of any internet browser. While working in any application the ticker updates every 5 seconds and charts and measures job viewing and response activity on a company's overall Internet job marketing campaign or can be set to watch a single jobs performance.

Leaderboards reveal job board and social media's success rates for each individual customer. These statistics, which include source of hire results, can also be compared with the aggregate eQuest customer-base statistics to further evaluate and locate better boards in specific job classifications, job titles, industries, and location.
