Rejlers acquires Nitek - stronger in mining and tunnel ventilation

Rejlers has acquired the company Nitek, ventilation consultants in mines,
tunnels and other challenging environments. The company has seven employees and
a turnover of SEK 7 million. The company has an office in Luleå and one of their
major customers is LKAB.

The acquisition strengthens Rejlers offers to the mining sector among others.
Together with Nitek Rejlers will be about 25 employees in Luleå.
