("Eskay" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: ESK)(FRANKFURT:878 985)(BERLIN:878 985) wishes to announce that further to its press releases of July 26, 2011 and August 24, 2011, the Corporation has been granted an extension of thirty (30) days to close the Units Offering.
