TicketNetwork Advisory -- Taylor Swift & Honda Civic Tour Lead August Concert Ticket Sales

They were among a roster of top ten sellers that included Lil Wayne, Selena Gomez, Journey, Sade, Jay-Z & Kanye West, Jason Aldean, Katy Perry, and Toby Keith. In all, the top ten accounted for just over 25% of all concert tickets sold on the TicketNetwork Exchange during August.
Although it did not sell the most tickets among all concerts, did sell the most tickets for an individual concert: the November 5 show at the Izod Center in East Rutherford, NJ. Country artist held a close second for most individual concert tickets sold for his August 27 performance at the First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre in Tinley Park, IL.
The had the lowest average ticket price for concert tickets sold during August, at $84. The highest average ticket price was for Watch the Throne, at $221.
