(the "Company") is pleased to announce that, further to its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on July 4, 2011, at which the shareholders of the Company voted in favour of, among other matters, the continuance of the Company out of the Province of British Columbia and into the Province of Ontario, the Company's continuance has now become effective as of September 1, 2011. A copy of the Articles of Continuance and new by-laws of the Company will be made available on the Company's SEDAR profile at .
