Goldstrike Sets Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/02/11 -- Goldstrike Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: GSR)(FRANKFURT: KCG1)(PINK SHEETS: ADRAF) has granted incentive stock options exercisable to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,100,000 shares of the Company to six independent consultants who provide geological and other field services to the Company. All of the options are exercisable at the price of $0.75 per share.
100,000 of the options vested on the grant date and are exercisable until August 19, 2021. 250,000 options vested on the grant date and are exercisable until August 30, 2021. 300,000 options will vest in twelve equal installments over 36 months and, upon vesting, will be exercisable until August 30, 2021. The remaining 450,000 options will vest in twelve equal installments over 36 months and, upon vesting, will be exercisable until August 30, 2016. All options are subject to early termination in accordance with the terms of agreements between the optionees and the Company.
All option grants are subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange. Shares issued pursuant to the exercise of such options will not be subject to resale restrictions.
