Infrassure continues to expand, expecting to reach the 100 employee mark on the
1(st) October. This creates the need for strengthening at the senior management
level, so three new positions have been created: deputies to the CUO; CRO and
COO.
These positions have been filled by personnel already employed by Infrassure
with Colm Kelly, Sylva de Fluiter and Philip Wallace respectively, who have
taken their new positions from the 1(st) September, 2011.
These changes will support and strengthen the Infrassure policy of giving the
client one dedicated Underwriting and Claims Manager for every aspect of their
business by facilitating a speedy decision process.

Colm Kelly: 6 years experience in refining as process engineer, production
supervisor and production control
20 years experience as an energy underwriter, client manager and
portfolio manager, the last 4 with Infrassure
Honors degree in chemical engineering from Queen's University,
Belfast, Northern Ireland
Sylva de Fluiter: 13 years experience in the insurance and reinsurance business,
just over 1 year with Infrassure
Masters in Law from the University of Zurich
MBA-FSI from the University of St. Gallen
PhD in law from the University of Zurich
Philip Wallace: Over 20 years experience in construction management of roads,
pipelines, bridges, offshore drilling platforms, tunnels and
other civil engineering structures
6 years experience in engineering insurance and reinsurance at
Infrassure
Degree in civil engineering from University College Dublin,
Ireland
