Avonhurst advises Phenna Group on agreed Inflexion minority investment

(firmenpresse) - LONDON – Avonhurst advised the management of Phenna Group on Inflexion’s agreed minority investment in Phenna Group. Phenna Group is a business focused on the testing, inspection, compliance and certification (TICC) sector and has grown rapidly in the past two years with operations in the United Kingdom, the United States, Ireland and Australia. This investment is subject to regulatory approval.

Corporate partner Emmanuel Amos led the Avonhurst team, which consisted of senior associate Joshua Swerner, associate Tanya Macrae and trainee Jennifer Falconer-Hall. This transaction further adds to Avonhurst’s extensive experience in advising on transactions involving business services.
