Increase in ownership interest in Span Systems, India

(Oslo, 6 September 2011) EDB ErgoGroup ASA has decided to exercise its call
option to acquire 49.9% of the share capital of the Indian company Span Systems,
and reference is made to the stock exchange announcement issued by EDB ErgoGroup
on 13 July 2011 in respect of its Global sourcing ownership interests. Payment
in respect of the exercise of the call option in Span Systems will be made no
later than 29 February 2012 and will amount to USD 11 million as previously
announced. After the transaction EDB ErgoGroup control 100% of Span Systems.
