Ladbrokes' legal billing was complex -- covering multiple territories and departments. As part of a multi-faceted approach to the management and control of legal spend, including appointment of a panel of law firms and implementation of panel guidelines, Ladbrokes began evaluating several legal performance management solutions. The company chose TyMetrix 360° primarily due to confidence in TyMetrix's ability to deliver implementation against a challenging deadline.
