In accordance withthe Prospectus dated 25 September 2008, 3,913,312 of the 7,500,000 AShares originally issued to Management ("Management A Shares") havenow been converted to worthless Deferred Shares, such that 10,760,064A Shares remain in issue.The Offer for Subscription is now closed.A summary of holdings in the Company by Management following theclosure of the Offer and the conversion of the A Shares into DeferredShares is as follows.
