Before that,Heistermann worked at management consulting firm Booz Allen Hamiltonsince 1998 leading projects related to strategy development forclients in communications, multimedia, internet and high-techindustries.As of 1 October 2009, the Executive Management Group comprisesSanoma's President and CEO Hannu Syrjänen (Chairman), DivisionPresidents Eija Ailasmaa (Sanoma Magazines), Mikael Pentikäinen(Sanoma News), Anu Nissinen (Sanoma Entertainment), Jacques Eijkens(Sanoma Learning & Literature) and Timo Mänty (Sanoma Trade) as wellas CSO Sven Heistermann (Sanoma) and CFO Kim Ignatius (Sanoma).Members of the Executive Management Group report to Hannu Syrjänen.At the same time, Sanoma simplifies the structure of its CorporateCentre.
