IGC Resources Inc.: Exercise/Sale of Options
(firmenpresse) - KELOWNA, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/06/11 -- IGC Resources Inc. ("IGC" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: IGC)(PINKSHEETS: IGCGF)(FRANKFURT: I6G) is pleased to announce that 5.5 million options of Intra Energy Corp # (ASX: IEC) were exercised at the option price of AU 0.25c and the balance of 1.75 million options were sold for AU 03c. The buyer of these options was an entity controlled by a director of the Company. The expiry date of the above-mentioned options was August 31st, 2011.
The Company now owns 8.35 million shares of Intra Energy Corp.
(# Atomic Resources Inc changed its name to Intra Energy Corp in May 2011.)
