Berlin, 7 September 2011
In the course of a capital increase, bmp media investors AG (ISIN
DE0003304200) acquired a 25.4% stake in the video ad network marketing
company Instream Media sp. z o.o. on 2 September 2011.
Instream Media markets predominantly advertising inventory from
international publishers and focuses on the internet traffic from Poland on
these sites. Furthermore, Polish publishers are exhibiting an increased
level of interest in a network partnership.
Instream Media conducts video advertising and display campaigns for Polish
and international brands and utilises state-of-the-art ad server and
analysis technologies in these campaigns.
bmp media investors has been investing in Polish growth companies since
1999. Instream Media marks the 14th investment in Poland since this time.
bmp's track record in Poland is able to boast numerous success stories in
the 'media&marketing services' segment, such as K2 Internet, Pomocni,
Bankier, IDS, Nokaut, Sklepy Firmowe, and ACR.
