MING: Agreement on resale of BNbank shares
(Thomson Reuters ONE) - SpareBank 1 SMN has today completed the purchase of 15 per cent ofthe shares of BNbank for NOK 200 million and 15 per cent of theshares of SpareBank 1 Næringskreditt for NOK 49.5 million. The vendoris Sparebanken Hedmark. The transaction is in conformity with anagreement entered into on 12 August 2009.SpareBank 1 SMN has concurrently entered into an agreement to resell7 per cent of the shares in BNbank and the same in SpareBank 1Næringskreditt, with 3.5 per cent going to SpareBank 1 SR-Bank and3.5 per cent to SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge. The resale is on the sameconditions as mentioned above.The resale of the shares is conditional on authorisation. Subject tothat proviso, the new shareholder structure at BNbank will be:SpareBank 1 SMN (33 per cent), SpareBank 1 SR-Bank (23.5 per cent),SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge (23.5 per cent) and SamSpar Bankinvest AS (20per cent).
