In this panel presentation, Makishima, Anatoli Levine, Sr., director of product management for RADVISION and Manual Vexler, chief marketing officer for IMS and NGN at Huawei Technologies, will take a look at potential changes in carrier strategies, such as whether or not VoLTE and RCS will bring a new era to business plans or mark the transition to packets as the only unit of measure.
