(LAI) joins the HARP channel program to offer a complete Project Cost Management (PCM) solution that centralizes scope, scheduling, and actual costs. As part of the agreement, the Scottsdale-based group will position the PCM solution to the Western region of the United States, from Texas to Hawaii, as their primary PCM offering.
