StepOver e-signature solution for the entrance area in the pandemic
(firmenpresse) - The virus always comes through the front door - into the company, the nursing home or hospital. Visitors are therefore required to take certain measures and follow strict rules to protect themselves and others from infection. At the same time, these measures and compliance with the rules should be documented and confirmed with a signature from the visitor or employee.
However, this generates not inconsiderable additional effort. But it can also be done elegantly, securely and in compliance with data protection regulations. With a solution that we would like to present here.
In the entrance area there is a registration terminal equipped with a StepOver signature pad and optionally with a PC. The visitor, employee, patient or customer registers in advance online or on site at the terminal. He confirms the measures and rules individually defined for this area by clicking on menu items on the signature pad screen.
Example:
- I do not have cold symptoms
- I have disinfected my hands
- I will wear an FFP2 mask throughout my visit
- I have not had any conscious contact with a Covid19 patient in the last 10 days
This is then confirmed with the handwritten electronic signature. This legally compliant document is then filed and stored - securely, retrievably, effectively and without any bureaucratic effort.
