(Thomson Reuters ONE) - ReadSoft, together with one of its partner in Oceania, will implementdocument automation solutions at an Australian governmentorganization to automate its accounts payable operations. The order,which covers the processing of more than two millions of invoicesannually, is worth approximately US$ 800,000.This government organization in Australia was looking for atechnology solution that could improve its productivity efficienciesby extending its accounts payable operations to also automaticallyread and process supplier invoices. The implementation of thesolution will be rolled out to 19 agencies and is expected to becompleted by December 2010.With the new ReadSoft solution, incoming invoices will beautomatically captured and processed, eliminating inefficientaccounts payable processes such as data entry, data verification, andmanual distribution of invoices or other related documents.
