Britt Rogers Joins King & Spalding's Corporate Practice in Atlanta

(Britt) Rogers has joined the corporate practice of King & Spalding in Atlanta, Ga., as counsel, the firm announced today. Rogers joins King & Spalding from the New York office of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.

Britt focuses on complex public and private mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; counsels banks and borrowers in complex syndicated loan transactions; and represents issuers and investment banks in public and private offerings of debt and equity. He also provides clients guidance on corporate governance, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission reporting obligations and employment issues.
Rogers holds a J.D. degree from Columbia University School of Law and a B.A. degree, cum laude, from Rhodes College.
