'TIPA Assessor for ITIL' Course and Certification Enable Professionals to Use the TIPA Framework Based on ISO/IEC 15504 to Perform IT Process Assessments

These courses delivered recently in Luxembourg and North America, trained and certified 29 TIPA Assessors, imparting knowledge and skills to use the TIPA framework in conducting IT process assessments.
Certified TIPA® Assessors for ITIL are skilled professionals who use the TIPA framework and supporting tools to participate in IT process maturity assessments in organizations that have adopted ITIL for IT Service Management. The course provides great insight into the concepts and keys components of TIPA to perform structured and repeatable assessments that enable benchmarking and process improvement initiatives.
