Zaio Corporation Brings 3.3 Million New Properties Online in 60 Days
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/07/11 -- Zaio Corporation (CNSX: ZAO) (the "Company"), today announced that as at August 31, 2011, the company had compiled Marketable Property Appraisal Data on more than 4 million individual residential properties in the Company's US database. This represents the addition of Marketable Property Appraisal Data on more than 3.3 million properties over the last 60 days for a five-fold increase from the 629,000 properties registered in the database as at the end of June 2011.
Zaio defines Marketable Property Appraisal Data as a complete digital file of current valuation information on an individual residential property that has been compiled in Zaio's database and has been verified by a local certified appraiser as compliant with the requirements to deliver online, on demand appraisal reports to the Company's customers.

In the third quarter of 2011, Zaio and ZDS launched the "Quick Start" program in twelve regional markets across the US to bring the volume of Marketable Property Appraisal Data in these markets up to a level of data concentration that enables customer adoption of the Company's various online real-time certified residential property appraisal products.
