Specifically working on the 'EOBR sub-committee' to focus on electronic on-board recorder (EOBR) technology, Watkins joins an elite team of telematics and fleet management leaders to assist in standardizing for commercial fleets as the country continues to move toward requiring electronic driver logs for commercial carriers.
