Annual BIG Shrimp promotion takes contesting to a new level both in-stores and online

The leading fast casual restaurant, known for its fresh and healthy Teppan-style cooking and signature Teriyaki sauce, has launched its third annual BIG Shrimp Contest.
Over the next two months, Sukiyaki seekers and Teriyaki trekkers can get their fix of delicious shrimp creations, all the while having the chance to win fabulous prizes. This year, Edo Japan is sending one lucky customer (plus a guest) to a location of their choice, anywhere in the world. It doesn't stop there, Edo Japan enthusiasts can also win a variety of prizes either in-store or online.
With the purchase of any shrimp menu item, customers will receive a scratch card that gives them the chance to win an array of prizes including a trip for two anywhere in the world, $1,000 cash prize, 100lbs of shrimp and a variety of food prizes. The contest is also open to anyone who visits and completes the BIG Shrimp online game. Online participants can enter to win a 60" Sony Bravia LED TV, $1,000 cash prize, an iPad 2, and much more!
This year's event also features a special menu selection for all the shrimp lovers out there. Treat your taste buds to the 16 Sizzlin' Shrimp meal offered for a limited time during the BIG Shrimp Contest.
The BIG Shrimp Contest runs from Wednesday, September 7, 2011 through to Tuesday, November 8, 2011 with winners drawn on November 14, 2011. Winners will be contacted by the Edo Japan Home Office Marketing Department by November 27, 2011 and will have until December 2, 2011 to accept their prizes. The contest will run at all Edo Japan locations across the country, with the exception of the Montreal Eaton Centre.
