Pinecrest Engages Featherstone Capital
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/08/11 -- Pinecrest Resources Ltd. ("Pinecrest" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: PCR) is pleased to announce it has retained Featherstone Capital Advisors Inc. ("Featherstone") to provide corporate development and financial advisory services.
Pinecrest has agreed to pay Featherstone a retainer of $7,000 per month plus expenses per the agreement for a period of twelve months. In addition, Pinecrest has granted Featherstone 300,000 stock options exercisable at a price of $0.38 for a period of five years from the date of grant. These options are granted subject to the Company's stock option plan and are subject to regulatory approval.
