New function for fully automatic cleaning control

The range of functions of the EXmatic 470 cleaning control for the automation of pH measuring points has been expanded.

One special feature of the system offered by Exner Process Equipment is its openness, that means the cleaning control is not tied to a specific manufacturer of pH sensors or transmitters. Operation of the EXmatic 470 is also very easy for the user thanks to a clear menu structure and the use of a touch-sensitive color display. As an alternative to this, a wireless network connection together with a mobile device can also be used for the parameterisation.

In addition to the freely programmable cleaning cycles with up to three different media, a definable pause time and operating modes as well as a switchable sealing water function, the EXmatic 470 is now available with a so-called measuring time delay. This makes it possible to delay the signal output by the control until the measured value of the sensor in the process medium has stabilized. A "Measure" signal is only output after the set time has elapsed.

The EXmatic 470 is used in a wide variety of areas. For example in water and wastewater treatment, in the paper and sugar industry and in thermal power stations.
