OFFER PERIOD FOR THE MANDATORY PUBLIC TENDER OFFER BY SYMPHONY TECHNOLOGY GROUP
EXTENDED
Symphony Technology II-A, L.P. (Symphony) has made a mandatory public tender
offer to purchase all issued and outstanding shares and option rights in Aldata
Solution Oyj (Aldata) that are not owned by Aldata or its subsidiaries or
already owned by Symphony (Tender Offer). The cash consideration offered for
Aldata shares is EUR 0.61 per share. The offer period of the Tender Offer has
commenced on 15 August 2011 at 9.30 a.m. (EET).
Symphony has today announced that the offer period which was scheduled to expire
9 September 2011 at 4.00 p.m. (EET) has been extended until 23 September 2011 at
4.00 p.m. (EET).
Symphony's announcement on 9 September 2011 regarding the extension of the offer
period is enclosed in full to this stock exchange release as Appendix 1.

Symphony Technology II-A, L.P. ("Symphony"), a limited partnership managed by
Symphony Technology Group, LLC, announced on 26 July 2011 that it will make a
mandatory public tender offer for all the issued and outstanding shares and
option rights in Aldata Solution Oyj ("Aldata") that are not owned by Aldata or
its subsidiaries or already owned by Symphony (the "Tender Offer"). The offer
period under the Tender Offer commenced on 15 August 2011 and was initially
scheduled to expire on 9 September 2011 (the "Offer Period").
Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Tender Offer, Symphony has today
decided to extend the Offer Period to expire on 23 September 2011 at 4:00 p.m.
Finnish time. Except for the extension of the Offer Period, the terms and
conditions of the Tender Offer remain unchanged. Symphony thus has the right to
further extend the Offer Period or to discontinue the extended Offer Period in
accordance with the terms and conditions of the Tender Offer.
The completion of the Tender Offer is subject to the receipt of all necessary
regulatory approvals, permits and consents, including competition clearances, on
terms acceptable to Symphony. Symphony expects to receive all necessary
approvals during the extended Offer Period.
According to preliminary information on the number of shares and option rights
tendered into the Tender Offer by 8 September 2011, Symphony's holding in Aldata
would amount to approximately 77.5 per cent of all the shares and voting rights
in Aldata upon the completion of the Tender Offer assuming that all the option
rights tendered into the Tender Offer would be converted into shares.
