First Mexican Grants Options

(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/09/11 -- First Mexican Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE: FMG) (the "Company" or "First Mexican" or "FMG") announces that a total of 600,000 incentive stock options have been granted to directors, officers and consultants of the Company pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan. The options are exercisable for a period of five (5) years at a price of $0.25 per share.

First Mexican Gold Corp. is an active explorer for precious metals in Mexico and holds an option to acquire 80% interest in the Guadalupe property package from (MIMSA) a wholly owned subsidiary of International Millennium Mining Corp. (TSX VENTURE: IMI). The Company now controls a total of 15,112 hectares in this high potential exploration area.
