Newlook Shareholders Meeting Scheduled and New Board Appointment

("Newlook" or the "Company") (CNSX: NLI) announced today that it has scheduled its Annual & Special Meeting of Shareholders. The meeting will be held at the King City office located at 3565 King Road, King City, ON on Friday, November 11, 2011 at 4:00 p.m.
Newlook is pleased to announce that it has appointed Garnet R.G. Randy Barber to its Board of Directors, subject to regulatory approval. The appointment will increase the Board's independence. Presently, Mr. Barber is Vice President of Government Relations and Regulation for Ontario Entertainment Technologies. From 2007 to 2010 Mr. Barber served as a Board Member for the National Parole Board of Canada. He has also served as Chair/Vice Chair of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario from 1997 to March 2005. During his tenure, Mr. Barber implemented policies and procedures for budget purposes and human resources.
