Resorts Inc. (FRANKFURT: 4TR)(EURONEXT: TBIRD) ("Thunderbird" or "Group")
reports the following revenues for August 2011:

(1) Revenue in the Group's Costa Rican operations have been impacted recently
by the recession, higher unemployment and a soft gaming market. As
announced in the 2011 Half-year Report, Costa Rica is in the process of
buying new slot machines as a corrective measure.
(2) August 2011 hotel revenues consist of revenue from the Thunderbird El
Pueblo Resort & Convention Center and Fiesta Hotel & Casino and
management fees for the Thunderbird Hotels-Pardo, and Thunderbird Hotels-
Carrera; August 2010 hotel revenues for comparison purposes only consist
of revenue from the Thunderbird El Pueblo Resort & Convention Center and
Fiesta Hotel & Casino, plus management fees for the Pardo hotel, that
being the one hotel under management for August 2010.
