Deborah White, Milestone CEO, is the beneficial owner ofEnlightened Productions. John Sanderson, Milestone Non-ExecutiveChairman, is the beneficial owner of JFWS.The Company will be making application for the Subscription Shares tobe admitted to trading on AIM with admission anticipated on 23October 2009.
