ZUG, SWITZERLAND--(Marketwire - September 15, 2011) - Transocean Ltd. (NYSE:RIG)
(SIX: RIGN) today issued a monthly fleet update summary covering only newly
signed contracts, significant changes to existing contracts and changes to
estimated out of service time of 30 days or more for High-Specification Floaters
or 60 days or more for all other rig classes since our last monthly fleet update
summary dated August 17, 2011. The report, entitled "Transocean Fleet Status
Report," is available at www.deepwater.com and can be accessed by clicking on
the Fleet Status Report link found in the tool bar.
