Draka Holding N.V.: Changes to the Board of Management
(Thomson Reuters ONE) - The Supervisory Board of Draka Holding N.V. announces that Mr. FrankDorjee will be appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman ofthe Board of Management with effect from 1 January 2010.Mr. Dorjee will succeed Mr. Sandy Lyons, a U.S. citizen, who hasadvised the Supervisory Board that he has decided it is time torepatriate his family to the U.S. and will step down 31 December2009.
