She will be responsible for Global Distributionand Marketing. Hester Borrie's appointment is subject to the approvalof the regulators. At the same time, Roderick Munsters (CEO) willbecome temporarily responsible for Mainstream Investments and LeniBoeren for Robeco Investment Management in the USA. They are expectedto continue in these functions for several months. Frank Kusse hasdecided to continue his career outside of Robeco. Roderick Munsters(CEO): "We respect his decision and will continue to build on theinternational distribution strategy which was successfully initiatedunder his directorship."Hester Borrie (39) worked at Morgan Stanley Investment Management(MSIM) for more than 10 years. She held various sales positions, mostrecently as Managing Director. Before Morgan Stanley, she wasemployed by Mees Pierson. Hester Borrie comments: "I am joiningRobeco at an excellent time.
