Further to the company's announcement of 16th August 2011 the company is
providing an update on the funding negotiations. The negotiations have not
been completed although discussions are ongoing. Due to the failure of the
negotiations to come to a successful conclusion the company was put in a
perilous financial position and in order not to be wound up the company
needed to obtain finance. The investors with whom the company has been
negotiating, have advanced to the company the aggregate sum of Euro
250,000. These facilities are fully secured against all of the assets of
the company. In the event that the proposed transaction does not complete
the company would not be in a position to repay the loans advanced to the
company unless the company raised additional funding. There is no
guarantee that the proposed investors will enter into a transaction or in
the event that they do not that the company would be able to obtain
additional funding to repay the loans advanced. Due to this considerable
uncertainty, the company has decided to seek a suspension of the company's
shares. The company will make a further announcement in due course.
