Dunes at Falcon Valley is a 208-unit, class A apartment complex built in 2008. Lenexa is located in Johnson County of the Kansas City metropolitan area. The Property is part of the successful Falcon Valley Planned Community, which includes single family homes, retail, office and a public golf course, which abuts the apartments. The investment represents a recapitalization of the developer's ownership interest along with a modification of the existing loan.
