3P International Energy Corp. Announces Grant of Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 09/13/11 -- 3P International Energy Corp. (the "Corporation" or "3P") (TSX VENTURE: DOH) announces the grant of 1,000,000 stock options to Officers and Consultants of the Corporation who have for the past 10 months worked directly on facilitating the completion of the JSC Tysagaz acquisition which was announced by the Corporation on September 6th, 2011.
These stock options were granted effective September 9th, exercisable at a price of $0.50 per share, vesting over two years in eight equal installments and expire September 8, 2016. The exercise price provided for these stock options was at approximately a 20% premium to market at time of grant.
