Numerous Display Options for Laser Power and Energy

(PresseBox) - With numerous interfaces and an HD touchscreen, Gentec-EO’s MIRO Altitude offers a wide range of functions for fast evaluation of laser power and energy measurements in the range of 4 pW to 100 kW and 2 fJ to 30 kJ.
All data is clearly displayed on the 10” screen – optionally as a curve, needle, or bar. With the practical zoom function, the displayed values can be enlarged so that they can still be seen clearly from a distance during adjustment. The display unit has Ethernet, DB15, and USB interfaces. These are complemented by analog outputs, an analog trigger input, and an RS232 interface, all of which are robust standard connectors. Thus, all Gentec-EO detectors are supported without additional adapters.
The MIRO Altitude has much higher processing power than its predecessors, so that even lasers with repetition rates of 10 kHz are read out in real time without “missing points.” Measurement logs can be optionally stored in the internal memory or exported via the USB interface.
The manufacturer has designed the device as an open platform and will provide additional options and features via free updates.
