Wentworth Resources Announces Updated Contingent & Prospective Resources

Wentworth Resources Limited ("WRL", Wentworth" or the "Company"), the
independent East Africa-focused oil & gas company, announces updated independent
assessments of the Company's contingent and prospective resources have been
completed by RPS Energy Canada Ltd. and its associated geology and geophysics
firm, Petrel Robertson Consulting Ltd. ("RPS" ).
Executive Chairman, Bob McBean, commented on RPS' report:
"We are pleased to report that technical work on the Mnazi Bay concession area,
Tanzania, has now advanced sufficiently to enable RPS to assign additional
prospective resources to the block. We look forward to proving up the potential
of this block further through additional exploration and appraisal drilling
during the current work phase."
Highlights
* Mnazi Bay, Tanzania - 667Bcf gross and 169Bcf net P50 recoverable contingent
resources (unrisked); and
* Mnazi Bay, Tanzania - 1,948Bcf gross and 618Bcf net P50 recoverable
prospective resources (unrisked).
