Innovative vacuum solutions for the process industry
Last week, the international process industry met again live at ACHEMA in Frankfurt am Main.
The mobile and extremely flexible ATEX vacuum system SIMPLEX.(firmenpresse) - Visitors were finally able to maintain contact, experience products and gain an overview of the market last week at the Frankfurt Trade Fair. After a three-year break at ACHEMA, Busch Vacuum Solutions demonstrated its innovative vacuum solutions for the process industry.
In chemistry and pharma process engineering, vacuum is a key factor in speeding up reactions, preserving materials, separating individual substances neatly, working economically, or even making reactions possible in the first place.
A wide range of processes in chemical and pharmaceutical processing technology require tailor-made and reliable vacuum technology. With its broad product portfolio, Busch always offers the right solutions for process engineering processes.
In addition to the proven vacuum pumps, such as the COBRA NC 0300 B screw vacuum pump, which was specifically developed for pumping delicate gases or vapours, and the latest generation of liquid ring vacuum pumps, the DOLPHIN LT series, Busch also offers tailor-made vacuum solutions for various applications in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
The mobile and extremely flexible ATEX vacuum system SIMPLEX attracted a lot of interest from trade fair visitors. For the first time, Busch showcased this ready-to-use explosion-proof standard vacuum system for a quickly available vacuum. Simple Plug&Pump technology keeps production downtime to a minimum. Naturally, all other Busch vacuum pumps and systems for process engineering are also available in explosion-proof versions in accordance with the ATEX directive.
Building an individual system solution is always a joint project. Busch cooperates closely with its customers to find the ideal solution for the respective process – which made face-to-face exchange with trade fair visitors all the more important.
