(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 09/16/11 -- Academy Explorations Limited announces that, at the request of the Ontario Securities Commission, it has refiled its annual financial statements and its Certificate of the CEO and CFO in respect of its annual filings for the year ended April 30, 2011 which had previously been filed. The refiling of the Annual Financial Statements was necessary as its previous filing was prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS") instead of Canadian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles ("GAAP") as required by securities laws.
